OK, I just watched a video of one of these (apparently the same locomotive involved in the crash) pulling 8 empty Amfleet cars. 0 to 106ish took just under two minutes. 70 to 106ish (1:18 mark of the video to the ~2:08 mark) took just under a minute.

what I considered the start time is when the blue gauge on the left of the readout panel started rising.

My guess is that this train was loaded heavier than the one in the video, so the numbers are probably skewed in the locomotive’s favor in the video.
