Yes, I am very well aware of what constitutes mental disease, as is every reputable medical and psychological organization in the world, none of which any longer deem homosexuality a mental disease. If you want to go on believing they are all wrong, be my guest.
But this thread is just embarrassing to me as a conservative. I don’t care what this guy does in his bedroom. I care that he was grossly negligent in driving a train, and there is ZERO evidence his gross negligence in driving the train is related to his sexual preference.

but what was he doing that the train was going over 100mph around a curve?....he actively set the brake so he was awake...
so, what was he doing?...and why won't he be open with the investigators and why has he lawyered up?....
I don't think he did anything deliberately to kill the passengers and I think this was purely an accident....but what caused the accident....
a train just doesn't speed up to 100mph by itself, going into a curve, when the speed limit is half of that....
but I guess according to some here we can't even speculate about it..
