Nobody is saying that this mess is a "conspiracy" ! The fact that the engineer is an activist homosexual has been stated in many American and foreign newspapers, as the fact that he texted some kid/teen ( who made the claim ) shortly before he suddenly put the breaks on the train, as it hurtled down a 50mph speed limit section at a whopping 106 mph.

I don't know why some posters have gone off off the fact that he lives in Queens, which is one of the five boroughs that comprise NYC, but they have. That has less than nothing at all to do with the fact that he is an homosexual activist, nor the fact that he was recklessly going at more than twice the speed limit.
