I think he is mental and I am not speaking from a political view on this. Our President IMO is insane. He’s off and he looks it more and more.
He's an idealogue (a Marxist) in the purest sense, which is the complete mental separation of ideology and reality.
And since insanity is defined as losing touch with reality, yes, he is insane.
