chocolate needs to be DARK and at least 70%

SOY - most soy is now GMO’d - other problems with Soy - I would use caution. (Actually, I whouldn’t use any soy)

Do you live near an Aldis? They have 85% dark chocolate that tastes minimally sweet. At a lo-price. Or....buy some unsweetened bakers chocolate. Chip it. Pour a little black strap molasses over it and eat. Optimally you can melt the bakers ch. in a small pyrex put in a pan simmering water. Add a little blackstrap to turn the chocolate to more palatable. Simmer with a few raisins and nuts or sunflower seeds.

Milk chocolate is for children. Too sweet

I have also heard this concern about soy. I now eat edamame (green soy beans) frozen packages in stir fries. Any word on them and the GMO issue?
