Once again, we have video that shows only the outcome of the incident, not the provocation. There was apparently a struggle, officer deployed a taser, guy wrestled the taser away from him, THEN ran away. The left’s paid trolls are already inventing all kinds of additional allegations and busily peddling them, including claims of evidence planting that exists only in their fevered imaginations.
The only issue here is whether the use of force was proportional to the threat, and on first examination, the threat was reduced when the guy started running away, and no justification for using deadly force AT THAT POINT is evident. Which is not to say that one couldn’t emerge upon further investigation.

You forgot the part when the cop went and got the taser, and planted it next to the body.

Watch the damn video. After cuffing the guy, the officer walks back towards where he was standing, picks up a black object (consistent in size and shape with a Taser), walks back to where the guy was laying and drops the object near his feet.
No, the video shows the actual shooting event. And depicts very well the location of the suspect and the officer at the time of the shooting in addition to other details.
It's the shooting of the suspect is what will get the officer in big trouble, not the pursuit or what occurred with the taser, prior to the shooting.
The video clearly shows the officer shot the suspect to death as he was running away with his back to the officer about 50' away.
The suspect was clearly no threat to the officer at the time. All the other details prior to the shoot will not help the officer much in this case. IMO.
Please describe EXACTLY and under oath what threat this man posed as he was running away.

I think that that is a long shot. After further consideration, I think this officer is toast.

Provocation matters not. It’s crystal clear from the video that the cop shot an unarmed, nonthreatening, fleeing person MULTIPLE times in the back at 50 yards. This is cold blooded murder by anyone’s definition.
