they look like school kids going home. just wait for them on monday afternoon. I will say there were three cop cars going towards broad street on girard as i parked my truck last night. the last one was not stopping for anything. on the opposite side of the street with trolly stops in the middle of the street. i was sure he was going to hit someone. not one car pulled over to the side.
