Well, a severe tongue lashing . That’ll fix it for sure. It will never happen again, I’m sure...(Harf, Harf, Harf...).

Here’s an idea that will save the taxpayers money and serve Liberty: Close the EPA. Completely. Today.

Well this COULD be a warning that the spotlight is now on them. As if they didn’t know. No the dog did not eat their homework.

It originated with Nixon at a time when it was semi plausible that such an agency would countenance only what is sensible. It has now metastasized into its own kingdom.

Once again it has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that a government agency is promoting its own liberal agenda at the expense of all taxpayers. And again not a single government employee paid any consequences for their dishonesty and ideology pursuits. The judge gave them 100 lashes with a wet noodle. Now that should convince them to never behave this way again. Case closed.

Royce Lamberth is the government’s “go to” judge for not doing anything. He only “admonishes” them, nothing tangible.

Some years ago he frittered away the grand investigation of the Bureau of Indian Affairs stealing and squandering billions of dollars. The BIA lawyers were openly contemptuous of him, and he still did nothing.

All the rest of his cases end with him being “outraged” at government corruption, but doing nothing to stop it or penalize those engaged in it.

He is a useless sack.

This type of judicial hijinks only leads to more disrespect and contempt for Federal Judges. Now, they are mostly partisan politicians and a growing disgrace to the rule of law and the history of the Courts.
For the weak or those of other partisan ideologies, the Federal Judges can be vicious and vindictive.
Other than that, the Federal Judges, in the main, dispense justice tarnished with bias and rulings contrived by failed logic and reason.

Now imagine if a company or private citizen did this. I hardly think they would not be severely punished.

This judge is enabling corruption, and things will not change as long as the federal criminals are not held accountable for their crimes.
This is why a political solution is no longer possible; the criminals run the government and protect each other. Only the people are subject to the law. The Feds will not obey the law, they will not reform themselves and they will certainly not listen to the states via article 5.
The window on freedom is almost closed. Totalitarianism will make reform virtually impossible. The only two foreseeable options appear to be secession or a military coup with Nuremberg style trials to follow.
People are just hoping that the total end of freedom can be delayed just long enough until they’ve reached the natural end of their lives, or maybe retirement, or the next vacation, or after the next football season.

Lamberth proved himself to be a real putz for Obama while/when he kept deep sixing Taitz’s documents about the fraud of Obama and Obama’s enablers.

Is there one example of a federal govt agency that has not metastasized?
