Kerry appears to take swipe at Netanyahu over Iran nuclear talks

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Tuesday appeared to take a swipe at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying critics of an emerging nuclear deal with Iran did not know what they were talking about.

Speaking to senators, Kerry also said he expected to know soon whether Iran was willing to craft an "acceptable, verifiable" plan that would satisfy major powers that it is not seeking to develop a nuclear weapon.

Netanyahu, who is scheduled to make a speech before a joint session of Congress on March 3, has described the agreement under negotiation with Iran as a "bad deal," and said he would do what he could to prevent it.

"Anybody running around right now jumping in to say, 'Well we don't like the deal,' or this or that, doesn't know what the deal is. There is no deal yet," Kerry told a Senate subcommittee. "And I caution people to wait and see what these negotiations produce."

It was the second time in recent days in which the Obama administration, irked that Netanyahu's speech to Congress was set up initially without their knowledge, appeared to criticize Israel over Iran.

Last Wednesday, the White House accused Israel of distorting its position in the nuclear talks through selective leaks, heightening tensions before Netanyahu's visit to Congress.

The six major powers negotiating with Iran have set the end of March as a deadline to reach a framework accord on the nuclear issue, and Kerry suggested there may soon be clarity on whether one is possible.

At a second Senate hearing, Kerry played down published reports that one idea under discussion would impose strict controls on Iran's uranium enrichment for at least 10 years. If Iran complied, the controls would be gradually lifted over the final five years.

I still can't believe Obama and Kerry are "negotiating" with the world's leading sponsor of terrorism (Iran) and have given away everything, including the kitchen sink, and are going to allow Iran to have their nuclear bomb. Iran has publicly said that the US is desperate for a deal. Anyone who has been watching Kerry's groveling on his knees to Iran, already knows this. At the same time, they are publicly denigrating our longtime ally and target of Iran (Israel) and actively trying to get Netanyahu to lose his upcoming election. They have no shame.

These enemies within, Obama and his administration, are not even trying to hide their love of our enemies and hate for our allies. The whole world has turned upside down with these imbeciles in office.

“saying critics of an emerging nuclear deal with Iran did not know what they were talking about.”

If he was truly aiming that remark against Netanyahu, it shows his complete and utter incompetence as an SOS as any deal will impact greatest the nation of Israel and it’s national security.

What an icehole!

Did anyone at any point ever manage to convince themselves that Kerry was pro Israel? The thought that Jewish democrats would ever look at Kerry and think that Israel should feel safe because Kerry has her back is beyond mortifying.

“”And I caution people to wait and see what these negotiations produce.””

Hey Kerry, you jerk - prior behavior tells us all we need to know about your negotiations. Yours and your boss’s......

If you had a whole brain between the two of you, you would never have agreed to negotiations to begin with. Do us a favor and let us know where you’re going to hide out when the SHTF! We’d like to visit you.

If Kerry and Obloma make the deal, Netanyahu, will have to make a preemptive strike and the other party may get the nukes they have been trying so hard to make but not in the form they wished.

The radioactive dust of a million martyrs will rain down all over the world.

Who would you rather be in a fox hole with? Kerry or Netanyahu? I think the answer is pretty obvious.

It wouldn't be a fair fight. Bibi would knock Kerry out faster than Mike Tyson could get in trouble!
Kerry as SOS is a disaster but, Obama planned this from the start. First with HRC and then with J F’n Kerry; the old “one two.” t will take a generation or two to recover from these clowns. I pity my progeny and theirs.
