So does this huge blizzard disprove climate change?
Christian Science Monitor ^ | January 27, 2015 | by Jessica Mendoza

As the first major snowstorm of 2015 bears down on the Northeast, many pundits have taken the opportunity to mock the idea that humans are changing the climate. After all, it's very difficult to think "global warming" when your car is buried in snow.

Still, all this doesn't necessarily mean that this particular blizzard was caused by, or made more intense by, human activity. Spotting the fingerprints of climate change in the middle of a blizzard is no easy task.

But here's one thing we do know: As the climate continues to change, we can expect more weather like this.

It’s a win-win for the libs. No matter the weather, it’s climate change and an excuse to take control.

The only thing it proved is that governors and mayors have too much power.

The actual weather is never a problem for the Global Warming crowd.

More snow storms - sign of global warming
Few snow storms - sign of global warming

More & stronger hurricanes - sign of global warming
Fewer & weaker hurricanes - sign of global warming

Feel free to make up what ever you’d like.

If they can’t get a big storm like this right then why do they think they can accurately describe the climate.

NOBODY has to disprove [man-made] climate change. The burden of proof is on those who claim that it is real.

The mere fact that AGW believers shift that burden onto others is proof that there is nothing scientific about global warming theory.

Of course not. You can't take one event and say it disproves all the faked studies that have been done with broken models. On the other hand, the 60 degrees in the NW this past weekend does prove gorebull warming beyond a shadow of a doubt.

disprove climate change

You mean the weather? Disprove there's weather that changes all the time? Isn't there such a thing as weather? Doesn't it change all the time?

Weather IS NOT the argument.

Since when was there a preponderance of evidence that our weather is MANMADE????!!!!

Global warming happens all the time. Man made global warming is not proven.

The fiercest global warming happened many thousand years ago ending the last ice age. Without that NATURAL global warming, there would still be 4 mile thick ice glaciers on top of Chicago.

If man is contributing to any global warming, it should be celebrated. Many more people die during severe cold waves than severe heat waves. Most folks hate their butt frozen in sub-zero temperatures.

Well, it disproves the weathermen. They can’t predict the weather for the next day, let alone 50 years.

from liberal climatologists from 2000:
http://www.independent.co.uk/environment/snowfalls-are-now-just-a-thing-of-the-past-724017.htmlzdf

“However, the warming is so far manifesting itself more in winters which are less cold than in much hotter summers. According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event”.

“Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.

The effects of snow-free winter in Britain are already becoming apparent. This year, for the first time ever, Hamleys, Britain’s biggest toyshop, had no sledges on display in its Regent Street store. “It was a bit of a first,” a spokesperson said.

Fen skating, once a popular sport on the fields of East Anglia, now takes place on indoor artificial rinks. Malcolm Robinson, of the Fenland Indoor Speed Skating Club in Peterborough, says they have not skated outside since 1997. “As a boy, I can remember being on ice most winters. Now it’s few and far between,” he said.

Michael Jeacock, a Cambridgeshire local historian, added that a generation was growing up “without experiencing one of the greatest joys and privileges of living in this part of the world - open-air skating”.

Agreed Olde....this proves without a doubt that weather forecasts of even a few hours can not be predicted with any accuracy. Only fools would place faith in their doomagaedon forecasts.
