“Well, this little girl got the flu shot. And later died of the same strain of vaccine flu.”
All that shows is that the flu vaccine is not 100% effective, even on the correct strain. Which is surprising to no one. No vaccine is 100% effective.

Vaccinations had been administered at local naval health clinics and at a vaccination fair conducted by Naval Medical Center San Diego. Of the 25 crew members with ILI symptoms, 16 were vaccinated via intradermal injection, eight via intranasal mist, and one had not received vaccination."
BTW, this was LAST years flu vaccine.
