I like Lee alright, but when is Ted up?
Very good speech by Lee here. I particularly appreciate his rejection of “compassionate conservatism”, as if conservatism was not already compassionate.

Next Pres....has to be able to do the job..
...will have to be able to clean up the mess.
Middle class being squeezed must stop.
Pres. must restore ...to all Americans... of by and for the people.
Ideas must shake up Washington...it’s an exciting time to be a Conservative...poltical status quo is obsolete.
Are we up to our job ahead...are we ready...??? I am ready with all certainty to be ready with you.
Leader to look for:
Confident thoughtful conservative to get the job done.
Build a united and expanded party against the media.
A messenger for the moment and ages.
Principled...
Conservative every day and not just during the campaign. Doesn’t hide behind talking points...name it.
When he disagrees with us explain the reason for disagreeing.
Positive...
a true soldiers fights not because of what is in front of him, but what he knows is behind him. The Constitution.
Character...specific details..show their work. If he says he wants to repeal, but can’t say what his plan looks like...if he only citisizes but doesn’t present his solutions...then he’s ot the one.
If he gives a conservative agenda to fit the challenges of our time that that’s a candidate to support.
Proven...
Who has won difficult fights...that he can win and desrves to win. Has been in the arena and has the scars to prove it. ..
It will be our fault if we don’t elect a Conservative...who knows with, for, and what it takes to win...of by and for the people, who unites us, who runs a reform agenda and exposes the hypocrisy of the left.
Freedom means we’re all in this together!

He’s not well prepared...standard...I can say nothing favorable for Santorium after what he did in my state....
He will swing when it matters most that he doesn’t.
Yeah, I posted a thread here back in the 2012 primaries that Santorum locked up the “church lady” vote, but failed to interest the younger repubs. Maybe he has changed, but he seemed to come off to me as “preachy” and “whiny” back then. Seems like he tries to rely too much on the old “my parents were immigrants” and “people who work with their hands” themes. The world has changed.
Thinking Cruz (next) will get 2X Walker applause.

Cruz is next? How did you find that out? I’ve been searching for a list of the order of speakers.
Santorum’s problem is that he goes into his strident, whiny sounding voice too much. I’m hoping Cruz can avoid that problem.
SAntorum hasn’t asked forgeness for his “checkered” past of those who he so greatly offended.
He’s not in this to win the Pres...they are using him for another purpose.
