What a joke. The Carolina Panthers were heating footballs up on national TV this year & were just told to stop....no fine, nothing.
There isn’t anything special in the rules as to the temperature but there is as to air pressure.
Well, hey, at least in that case the refs knew somebody personal with the Panthers to "stop" whatever needed to be "stopped."
We know New England cheated here. But, for some daggone reason, we just can't get the Pats to identify who's the one the NFL needs to tell them to "stop" "hissing" those balls.

I can give you answer if you want. yes, they probably deflated, but lots of teams play fast and loose with the rules, especially, as in the case with footballs, they leave with the friggin team.
the problem is excellence in this country is discouraged, and six super bowls is rubbing it in the faces of the ninkumpoops. belichick’s been playing football for fifty years, and now, some little league teams don’t even keep score.
