Let’s be blunt about what is going on with this whole issue behind the curtain.

1. When you boil it all down, this is basically a way for the government to asset even more CONTROL over you property. In this case it is property in the form of a firearm, but it is property none the less.

For the Nation’s Socialist left, your property is not really your property. It’s just stuff they let you have out of the goodness of their hearts. Thus they can take it back whenever the Hades’ they want – be it your earnings, your home, vehicles, whatever.

Witness this last night when his majesty call for the taking of some people’s property – their hard earned money and handing that out to others who will vote for them.

2. Make no mistake, ‘Universal’ background checks are just so you have to obtain Permission from them for you to own (or possess, borrow, or look at) a Firearm.

Permission that can be withdrawn at any point when they decide that you are not ‘worthy’ of having that particular type of property.

3. Finally, these ‘Universal’ background checks are the means to set up the precursor to CONFISCATION – Registration.

So when the Lying Leftists (ops! Being a bit redundant there) tell you their line of Bull Spew that this is nothing of the sort, remember all the other times they’ve lied to you.

‘IF you like your 2nd amendment, you can keep your 2nd amendment’

Correction: that should be:

1. When you boil it all down, this is basically a way for the government to asset even more CONTROL over your property.

This is nothing more than backdoor gun registration.

Yep. Let us say I have a rifle in my safe that was never "registered", meaning the BATF never knew about it through the form 4473 that they're diligently erasing as the law requires (yeah, right). Let us say I want to sell it to Bob. Bob gives me money. I give him the rifle. That's it. And the law is entirely unenforceable.

Of course, if there's a paper trail on the gun, it's perfectly enforceable. The law will not work in the absence of registration, and that's exactly where this is going.

Next they’ll be demanding background checks on garage sale pressure cookers.

These particular bills have little chance for success in this legislative session, but they represent a testing of the waters for a Bloomberg backed citizen initiative that is in the works and will most likely be on the 2016 ballot. It already happened in Washington and it is currently happening in Nevada. Arizona is next.

Check out http://cqrcengage.com/azcdl/UBC for more info.

Citizens initiatives are part of the Arizona Constitution. They cannot be prevented or overturned, but they can fail with enough votes.

If gun owners stay melted into their couches and don’t fight this, Arizona WILL have gun owner registration next year.

private transfers

NOTE THIS IS NOT LIMITED TO SALES.

In other words, handing a friend your gun, and handing it back, would be a felony, just like it is under Washington's I-594 law, that was passed by Bloomberg's money using a ballot initiative. Yay, democracy: two wolves and a sheep deciding what's for dinner.

BTW, he’s one of the doctors who worked on Gabby Giffords after the shooting.

Arizona has a very active Citizens Defense League that works on these issues, and one of the founders, Charles Heller, was on local radio this morning warning about this happening.

“Newly elected Rep. Randall Friese (D) of Southern Arizona’s Legislative District 9, which includes Tucson and surrounding areas...”

“In 2008 Dr. Friese joined the University of Arizona College of Medicine as a member of the Trauma Team. In this role he is a Professor of Surgery where he trains young doctors, he is the Associate Medical Director and he is one of nine UAMC Trauma Surgeons that care for the injured in southern Arizona.

Dr. Friese was one of the Trauma Surgeons who cared for the victims of the Jan 8 shootings.

Most recently Dr. Friese was instrumental in adding Arizona to the National Violent Death Reporting System. This allows Arizona to gather, and share with the Centers for Disease Control, statistics concerning violent deaths in Arizona. This is an important first step towards finding real solutions to gun violence.”

http://www.drfrieseforhouse.com/meet-randy.html

This bastard complained about his opponent:

“Orr voted three times to expand Arizona’s voucher system, which uses public dollars to take children out of our public schools and into unaccountable private schools.

He voted three times to expand the number of businesses able to write off taxes if they donate to student tuition organizations, which provide scholarships for children to attend private schools. “

Imagine that - allowing poor kids to opt out of failing public schools!

This district is the foothills area, where the rich folks live. Lots of NE liberals in that area, and lot of UofA liberal weenies. He is a hard core leftist on every issue.

His bill won’t pass.
