How about if we just take back the 25% of gas tax revenue that is currently siphoned off to fund bicycle paths and mass-transit boondoggles?
That would give a 33% increase in highway money. (Yes, Dimocrats, that is the way math works...)
That would be a great idea before Corker and Co. try to raise it.
