Jose Manuel Marino-Najera had been walking through the desert with a bundle of marijuana on his back for three days when he ran out of water. The 31-year-old father of one had been working on a grape harvest in Caborca, a border city on the Mexican side of the Sonoran Desert, when he found out about an opportunity to get to New York. He had an uncle there and, hopefully, would find work. Crossing the border illegally, with the help of coyotes, or smugglers, is typically a very expensive endeavor. But Marino had found a group willing to help him make his way north free of charge. In fact, they would pay him if he made it. All he had to do was carry a backpack filled with marijuana across the border with him.

Who writes crap like this? “A father of one found himself walking through the desert for 3 days with a haul of marijuana in his backpack when he became thirsty and had no water ...”
“The agent handling the canine unleashed him to sniff the mans backpack, and the dog scratched and barked, indicating there were drugs inside, the claim says.

I may see a slight flaw in the wetback’s tale of torture and pain inflicted by an over zealous dog.
The K9 drug sniffers I have seen all SIT down when they smell drugs. The only attack when they are told or the sense their handle is in danger.
However, I am sure lawyer J. Noble Daggett er Bill Risner has a good case or he would not have filed the lawsuit.
Hmmmmmmmmm............................maybe not.
The only attack when they are told or the sense their handle is in danger.
Should read”

Damn Jim, THINK ahead.
They should have just shot the scumbag and dumped his corpse in the desert. Nature would have disposed of his earthly remains, as animals need to eat, too.
The dog has the right to confront his accuser. Sic ‘em.

Two things need to happen:
EXHIBIT A---I urge the Border Patrol to sue the malpractice insurance carrier insuring the illegal immigrants attorney.
EXHIBIT B-- This lawyer is liable for disbarment...
(1) for inciting others to commit criminal offenses,
(2) aiding and abetting drug cartels,
(3) aiding in the solicitation of govt fraud, and,
(4) representing illegals before the bar of justice.
REALITY CHECK Lawyers are officers of the court and are in gross violation when they misrepresent the status of a client before the court.
The US justice system does not dispense justice to litigants who come to court w/ "unclean hands" (a legal term meaning those who committee crimes).

Do not forget our fine border patrol agents Ramos and Compean’s ordeal for apprehending a drug smuggler.
