The courts have now defined marriage as people who engage in the same recreational sex acts. Marriage, per the courts, is just about the sex act. Children, per the ABA model law project, are just an incidental accessory of heterosexual sex NOT resulting in an abortion.
Yes, but you will only find out if it was or wasn’t love in hindsight, based on that test.
