According to experts, the process could be similar to the program "Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals" (DACA, for its acronym in English) that protects young people from deportation and allows them to obtain a work permit, driver's license and Social Security number.
Applicants would have to check the length of residence in the United States. To do this would require a number of documents such as a passport, consular registration, and utility bills.
The program would also be expanded DACA under the new plan. From this listing the benefits of this measure include those who were brought into the country before January 1, 2010 (almost three years compared to the original project) regardless of their age.
The measure would also simplify the immigration process for people who are in the process of obtaining legal residency based on skills and knowledge in areas such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
It is estimated that more than 11 million unauthorized immigrants living in the country , and the decrees of Obama would leave millions unprotected, although the chances of being deported if they have not committed a crime are low.
Basically they can get work permit, driver's license and Social Security number.
99% will qualify for earned tax credit so they will get money from the feds the cost will be very high bone head Obama strikes again.
