Numbers 3 would have the greatest impact. If the appropriate agency largely expand their investigations into companies who are suspect of hiring illegals and given devastating fines, many illegals would self-deport due to lack of jobs.

I have promoted your other points for years and years. I was raising the alarm about the issue as far back as 80's. I have personal experience with this when living in Chula Vista while in the Navy back then. Because of the curve on my street, the illegals used my side gate for a short cut.

Also, California built a double fence under the guidance of Rep. Duncan Hunter and border crossings were reduced by some 90%. It still works today. That was when we started seeing the mass crossings in AZ and Texas that continue because the liberal Congress killed the fence legislation.

All of your points can be dealt with except for the "anchor baby" issue. Believe that would take an Amendment.

A most effective “fine” would be the imposition of a 35% tax rate for the entire company if e-verify is not used.
