While a couple of commenters suggest that “EE” is an abbreviation for electrical engineer, I’ve seen it more often as short for “employee”. My college notes are full of ee’ s, scribbled verbatim from the prof’s abbreviations on the white board.

Sorry, EE stands for Employee.
