“Someone is lying”

I am not as worried about getting Ebola as I was when the first case was reported in Dallas and I live in Fort Worth. All of the people in close contact with Duncan did not come down with the disease but nurses that were there when the disease had progressed much further did. As a non professional observer I think the chances of transmitting the virus in early stages are minimal but not impossible so people that come in contact with an Ebola patient before he is hospitalized should be quarantined . Health care workers treating an escalating virus are a totally different situation and they should be extremely concerned about protecting themselves from the virus.

I’ve the same impression you have. A bit of good news about this doctor is that he self quarantined when his temp was 100.3 rather than the 103 that was initially reported in the media.

I'd be most worried about his girlfriend.
