Got a cite for that? I think D. Kopel did some research into the timing of felons being stripped of the RKBA, and your contention would be of interest in that context.

Your antics on this thread indicate a clear ignorance of the Constitution and the intent of the Founders, Alter. Hard to believe that someone who has been on Free Republic for more than 11 years somehow missed the Constitutional discussions.
Wish we had an "ignore" feature, and that the system would show how many "ignores" a user had... LOL! :)
