The pastor cannot be forced to attend any place of worship, and that would include any service performed at his church. So he cannot be forced to perform a weddin at his church.
Involuntary servitude is forbidden by the US Constitution so he cannot be forced to perform a ceremony outside the job description of his conqreqational duties.
This is clearly aqainst the Idaho Constitution. An attempt to literally take over the churches.
Sounds like they need to declare themselves a community church or somethinq, so that their business is classified as a ministry.
