Thanks for the recognition.

It’s a matter of understanding risk management. If you take time to analyze the risk, learn what the dangers are and develop a workable strategy how to mitigate them, there is no need to panic. You take whatever steps necessary to decrease the risk, and you have confidence that the mitigation measures work.

I think back on military basic training, where we had to enter a gas chamber while wearing a gas mask. While you stand there with the mask, breathing clean air, the room fills with tear gas. Then you are ordered to remove the mask and breathe the tear gas. You will never again doubt that gas masks really work. That training is extremely effective at teaching one to have confidence in the mitigation measures.

OK I found the money quote.Couldn’t figure out why it sounded like they were talking about 2 different men.
