Moms Demand Action has suffered another setback in their effort to get more corporations to ban guns.

Members of the group were asked to leave a Lansing, Michigan parking lot.

According to local media reports,

Kroger’s stance won’t stop Moms Demand Action’s ongoing protests at Kroger stores, however, said Linda Brundage, who heads the group’s mid-Michigan chapter. Brundage led a group of about 12 women at this morning’s protest.

Could it be that they are interfering with lawful commerce at Krogers? Too bad Kroger managers invited them in to talk. Hopefully the management told them if they continued to interfere, they would have the cops called on them.

Now, holding up a big color poster of a Glock 17 in their faces would be difficult to prosecute. However, civil suits for “emotional violence” or “made us feel uncomfortable” could still result.

Michigan is an open carry state which makes brandishing a bit tougher to prosecute. You can walk past them with a rifle in hand and there isn’t squat they can do about it.

One way to help get rid of them is to go to store management and tell them that some folks are interfering with you getting in to the store. It works. Prior to the last selection we were approached by some asshat with a clip board and some sort of sheets of paper working for a subset of OFA in the parking lot of the store. We complained to the head cheese in the store and they had the person escorted off the property.

Maybe if these moms exhibited even a modicum of morality and ensured their children have a father in their lives instead of merely spitting out broods of feral animals with the same sense of selfishness as their moms, we wouldn’t have a gun problem in the United States nor grazing herds of ignorant child-support driven egg-donors demanding that other people’s Constitutional Rights be trampled!
