All appropriations bills originate in the House of Representatives. The Justice Department cannot spend a dime without the money being appropriated by the Republican House of Representatives. They are complicit in providing every dollar spent by this administration.
The Fed Gov has been winning billions in social justice lawsuits. These are slush funds to distribute $ anyway the DOJ wants.
