Don Lemon reports that Wilson did go to the hospital with a swollen face, but x-rays came back negative on a broken or torn eye socket.

THEY ARE REALLY SAYING THAT!!!!!!!!!
I have never been over to the liberal kook websites , but if it true they are really saying that then they need to seek mental help ASAP/
Oh, well that makes it all ok then. As long as nothing was broken. /s
People can be held accountable and lose their licenses and there are huge fines - unlike when Obama breaks the law.
Wish I could remember how HIPAA works, but I HOPE that if anyone stands to collect on the breach of confidentiality, it’d be Ofc. Wilson. Hate to think the govt collects but not the person whose records were disclosed.
I DO know docs/hospitals are terrified of this type breach if, in fact, that’s what occurred, and it’s not a product of Lemmon’s fevered imagination.

Yep. They are really saying that.
You wouldn’t think that they could believe their Patron Saint of Thuggery could have actually assaulted anyone now do you? Oh, and Saint Michael actually paid for the cigars.....Really..

It doesn’t matter. Officer Wilson had documented facial and head injuries. According to most police agencies “use of force” policy ANY blows to the head are considered lethal force. As soon as Brown hit Wilson in the head he had lethal force being used against him. Therefore by law Officer Wilson was authorized to use any force, up to and including lethal force to protect himself, others or effect an arrest. CNN is grasping at straws and they damn well know it.

How do you know his face was swollen? I’m not saying it wasn’t, but the wild speculating going on is ridiculous. “Unknown source” says this. “Unknown source” says that. People are flailing around at rumors and instantly deeming them facts. On both sides.
Here’s an idea... why don’t we let the actual injury report come out, and see what it says?
bttt
Under the 2009 HITECH Act and the 2013 Omnibus Final Rule, total Civil Monetary Penalties for violations of an identical provision in a single calendar year are capped at $1.5 million. The single violation is unlikely to result in a fine of more than $50,000.
Remember that the violation did not cause physical harm, financial harm, or harm to an individuals reputation, nor hindered an individuals ability to obtain healthcare.
HIPAA doesn't magically apply to individuals like Don Lemon, or you, or me, or to CNN. It applies only to 'Covered Entities,' which is defined as healthcare providers, healthcare plans, and healthcare clearinghouses. Covered Entities are responsible for entering into Business Associate Agreements (a defined term) with their Business Associates (a defined term) who have access to patients' Protected Health Information (a defined term).
HIPAA in no way applies to Don Lemon or CNN.
WOW, just WOW.
If any liberal trolls are on here then here is a message to you.
Wake the hell up because all you are doing is making excuses for those people which like breaking the law, and making other lives miserable
Sí, hipopótamo.
I guess once an Officer's bone breaks, THEN he is justified in defending himself. I learn allot from CNN.
