Hmmm..... It wouldn’t surprise me. After all, a government official is entitled to these perks. They are after all, better than the rest of us.

After I posted the question I went back & checked to see what penalties she received. Not much - because she knew how to game the system. Good comments on how she got away with ‘time off for good behavior’ etc.,

She left the packed courtroom quietly on Friday to start serving her sentence: 45 days in jail and a $4,000 fine under a plea agreement.

Beginning May 23, her license will also be suspended for 180 days. She waived her right to appeal.
