Nice try, Chronicle.
You probably think that Obama actually earned his college degrees too.

If the people on this grand jury want to run their mouths to the media, then let Perry’s lawyers question them in front of the cameras.

there is nothing ‘grand ‘ about most grand juries , they are just their to rubber stamp whatever the prosecutors want to hand them , get the ball rolling for the state , money for the lawyers , to justify seizures

Good ol’ Rho just handed Perry a gift.
This indictment is transparently corrupt and all it serves to do is put the drunk DA back in the spot light for ridicule.

GREAT!!!
Then maybe THEY can also allow that Perry wasn’t playing politics in his actions EITHER!!!

And WHY, exactly, is a member of the grand jury speaking to the press about secret proceedings?!

LOL. Yeah, and Obama really knows what he’s doing as President.
Thanks for the laugh, Austin Grand Jury!

Grand Jurors take an Oath of secrecy and they just violated it by running their heads.
Unfortunately, I have no idea who would be the authority that would file the contempt of court charges.

Going after a grand jury member for talking about secret proceedings to issue felony warrant against a Republican would be blatantly political... ;)

Leave it to the Houston Chronicle to turn a story of a completely outrageous political prosecution into a sob story about how mean old Rick Perry is picking on those poor, defenseless grand jurors. It even has a picture of Perry looking angry and aggressive.

Obviously the grand jurors don’t care about the law, since it is illegal for them to be talking to the press about grand jury proceedings.

I'm tired of Republicans being their doormat!
