He and his buddy were probably on an adrenalene high and swaggering down the street in a manner that called attention of the police to them. Were they high on something else? Has the toxicology report been released? Still not deserving a death penalty. Why were so many shots fired, 8 or 9 if I recall reports correctly?
Particularly if the cop’s gun was a 9mm, it can take a LOT of shots to stop a 6’4”, 300 lb BEHEMOTH!
