Yes, I heard several mentions of “licorice”, because more than one reporter was confusing Swisher, with Swisher Sweets.
Pretty obvious that ppl were already talking privately about Brown having done something involving “Swisher”—the reporters simply assumed it was candy, b/c they don’t know about blunts.
Either the victims at QT, witnesses at QT, family members, friends, or police—were already aware the day of the shooting, that Brown was involved in *something* before the shooting—and those references were subtly inserted into reports making the airwaves.
Claims by the community to not know why Brown even MIGHT have been stopped, are simply false.
