I couldn’t agree more. ISIS and Hamas are much like Putin’s proxies in their nihilism and disregard for the norms of civilized behavior.
Terrorism works. Putin has more in common with Vlad the Impaler than just the name.
The end justifies the means. A long and firm belief of the communists, who adopted it obviously from the muslims.
