IMO this is another Obama admin attempt to get laws changed by hook or crook, like fast and furious. Mexico was probably promised immigration reform -amnesty as a result of this stupid idea by the Obama admin..treason..soliciting invasion by foreigners...aiding and abetting illegal entry
