Much as it pains me to say it, it's time to put Party Unity first.

Much as it pains me to say it, it's time to put Party Unity first. Don't worry - "party unity" is doing just fine. Half of the Republican Party is currently unified with the Democrats.

When the GOPe honchos demonstrate a commitment to Reagan's 11th for 4 or 5 election cycles consecutively, then your comment might be valid on a website for conservatives.
But not today.

We wonder what makes Mr. McDaniel believe African-Americans and other Democrats can't be principled as well. Not very much principle, morals or ethics from Black Democrats the voted illegally after voting in their Democrat primary.
And literally called, maybe paid, to vote AGAINST the T.E.A. Party candidate with smears and lies.

Because, having nuked the opposing primary candidate’s supporters as a bunch of hood wearing Klansmen in the primary, doubling down on the insults and namecalling is sure to bring them to the polls in the general election to vote for your guy...

It was an extraordinary end to a wild campaign, with Republicans standing up for the rights of black Democrats, and with cash-rich national tea party groups crying foul in defeat. There are too many stupid points in this article to highlight them all, but this one's a real winner. "Cash-rich national tea party groups"?!? This typist is comparing the "rent blacks hourly" corporate run Republican party to tea party groups and she calls the tea party groups "cash rich"???!
Crack is whack.

The Neshoba Democrat? Why is anyone even reading that?
But it’s obvious what’s going on with this. They’re sweating the challenge and trying every approach in the book to get Chris to back off. This is the Rodney King, ‘can’t we all just get along’ mantra.

PUMA!
Last Tuesday, Democratic voters trickled out of the Court Street United Methodist Church in downtown Hattiesburg, saying they had voted for a Republican for the first time in their lives - Thad Cochran. So we have some Mississippians who voted Republican for the first time in their lives. So they vote once. Then it's twice in November.
Yeah, right.

Lately I have seen some utterly stupid sXit posted on FR from some utterly mindless GOP sycophants.
Buy you? Your drool more than a participation trophy. You rank right up there with posting Yosemite Sam on a Dragon as intelligent political commentary.
And that is truly impressive.

True unity can be achieved only when it is around principle.
The Republican establishment you're shilling for has no principles.
Therefore unity with principled people is impossible.
If that makes us "kooks" so be it. We'll wear that label proudly, the way a prior generation of Americans wore the "yankee doodle" label that was given them by another bunch of arrogant, unprincipled tyrants.
There comes a time when there's really nothing left to say to folks like you except, "See you at Yorktown."
