Zero votes reported from Holmes County, which Cochran won on June 3. But also five precincts out in DeSoto where McDaniel is leading by 70 percent.

That’s what Politico is showing. You must be able to write in.

Thank you. Maybe I should watch a political video from television once in a while. Without seeing any television at all, I see only background information (political records, possible motives, etc.), more often tend to ignore promises from politicians and don't understand some of the perspectives of others.

McDaniel 171,505
Cochran 175,549

Holmes county still at zero report, Cochran won by some 200+ votes in primary

15 counties aren't complete but most are 85% or better.

Usually the partial counts are good prognosticators of the eventual counts. Looking at the counties not in, referring to round 1, and the counties partially in, I was hoping late reporting precincts in Warren and Hinds would vote differently than the early reporting precincts. But, that didn’t happen. So Warren and Hinds off-set Jones. At this point, I think we only have one source of strength, DeSoto, with may a net 1,000, and the gap is 4,000.

Holmes is going to be total of 500 votes! Chris needs 4,000 votes to win. Holmes won’t matter. It is simple math.

And, so it seems the LIV in MS have once again reared their ugly heads. As I said before, I am losing hope in the people of this once-great nation. And, shame on those Dems who crossed over - they won’t be voting for Thad in the general - and maybe that was their reasoning.

Thad and his minions campaigned for those Dem votes, a little walking around money and all that

I thought for sure mild dementia and an admission of sexing farm animals would assure Cochran’s defeat. I guess in 2014 America it is the promotion of fiscal responsibility that is scandalous.

Bizarro World.

The gap is widening

T. Cochran (i) 50.70% 177,178
C. McDaniel 49.30% 172,237
4,941

3.5% left to report. That is about 12,230 votes (more than I thought before I did the math). It is close but will be hard.

This will go into a recount I’d guess but I don’t MS laws
in that regard.
