Conservatives Determined to Derail Leadership Efforts on Immigration

Conservatives in the House are making a concerted effort to derail any plans by the GOP leadership to pass immigration reform by the end of the year after Speaker John Boehner mocked them last week for not having the gumption to get it done.

-SNIP-

It is difficult to plan a specific course of action when the leadership keeps tossing out vague ways to give amnesty to illegal aliens," Brooks told Politico. "When we see a specific plan from the House leadership, then those of us who favor American citizens first will have a better idea of where the leadership is specifically going and how we will specifically respond."

-SNIP-

evertheless, a February Roll Call survey of every Republican member of the House revealed that only 19 representatives were willing to go on record backing Boehner's immigration reform guidelines.

Godspeed to House Conservatives. Boehner is compromised and needs to be replaced, ASAP.

you can’t reach Boehner or cantors office other than a recorded message. But, you can reach McCarthys call up and give them hell. (202) 225-2915 To be sure I am not sure what leadership is up to. According to one theory they have no intention of passing amnesty and are just sending conflicting messages to try to keep their donors donating. I hope that is true but while we hope for the best we prepare for the worst. call them. One thing I have stopped doing is promoting tax cuts for these very wealthy big business types. Frankly as long as their media attacks us and they support amnesty they get anything over my dead body(not literally).

People in OH must be huge open borders advocates, or is Boehner merely following Wall Street dictates?

Conduct unbecoming: It is unseemly for a House leader to intimate what his colleagues might have said---even in a mocking tone. The pushback musta been fierce.

===============================================

Slow-witted Boehner better listen up---his problem is not his colleagues....it's us pesky voters.

Boehner's cartoonish whine notwithstanding----fear of political repercussions is keeping OUR REPRESENTATIVES from voting for this unwise legislation.

===============================================

The Senate amnesty bill is dangerously flawed, and its glaring ommissions WRT protecting US ntl security, cannot ever serve as the basis for useful legislation.

By legalizing illegal aliens w/out shoring up law enforcement, we hand an engraved invitation to global Third Worlders----all of 'em salivating to ride the US gravy train.....each seperatist group conniving to achieve its hidden agenda.

Amnesty recklessly opens the door wide for illiterate, low-skilled aliens, born and bred in savage cultures, here to suck up US benefits and take jobs away from Americans.

Third Worlders may, in fact, contribute their labor to the US, but their loyalties are elsewhere----they have no intention of becoming Americanized....of participating as equals in American culture, revering our vast history, or preserving American values.

The Senate amnesty bill is a blueprint----it amply demonstrates that illegal separatist populations intend to usurp the US political system to advance their own hidden agenda.

Even “strong conservatives” in the House are Boehner lackey. Mortimer Zuckerman, a NY Democrat, has high praise for Boehner on ‘’The McLaughlin Group’’.

The Chamber wants amnesty to get all that cheap labor while taxpayers are forced to pick up the tab for the cheap labors' families.....AND as state revenue for salivating federales back home in the Third World.

==============================================

PEW REPORT The US is the most important source of remittances to Latin America, accounting for 3/4's of last year's $52.9 billion total. -- wire transfers of US tax dollars accounted for the highest percentage of GDP in El Salvador (16.5%), Honduras (15.7%) and Guatemala 10%).-- The US is No. 1 nation from which illegals' wire transfers originate, sending $123.3 billion abroad in 2012.

INCONVENIENT AMNESTY FACTOIDS low-wage illegals barely eaking out an existence on sub-minimum wages, lawn-mowing and hamburger flipping, wire transfer zillions back to their decrepit homelands.

<><> A latino woman residing in California, who spoke not a word of English, had a $100,000 nest egg and lived in a paid-up $100,000 home. She was on TV b/c she lost the nest egg to a father/son con game. The conmen were also latinos who got filthy rich preying on non-English speaking latinos, supposedly in low-paying jobs, who had hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest.

<><> The one million Dominican Republic citizens currently living illegally in the US send home about a billion US dollars annually---which the corrupt do-nothing DR govt considers to a major source of state revenue. A steady exodus leaves the DR for US shores (lured by the endless US gravy train).

<><> US newspapers report Dominican Republic illegals get EBT cards then ship the food to the D/R where their relatives sell the food on the streets.

<><> A US post office near the Mexican border was used by illegals to send US gravy train money back home. It was so busy, the US govt had to add-on several trailers to handle the business.

Obama, Schumer and the rest of the Dummycrat amnesty crowd have done everything to suck up for votes except fellate a latino on the Capitol steps.

-===============================================

Republican Sen Charles Grassley tried to protect Americans w/ this amendment to the amnesty bill: "Congress should not thumb its nose at the millions of Americans who are victims of identity theft, often perpetrated by an undocumented person who steals Social Security numbers to get jobs, govt benefits, driver's licenses and more. This amendment will simply require the person applying for RPI status to disclose any previously used Social Security numbers," said Grassley. "It's the first step to helping clean up the mess that's been created for the victim of identity theft. The amendment also authorizes certain federal agencies, upon receipt of this information, to notify individuals who were the victims."

SEN SCHUMER WENT PROSTRATE, GOT OUT THE LIP BALM, AND PUCKERED UP: Dismissing Sen Grassley's proposal, Sen Schumer (Dimwit-NY) said: "When people are living in undocumented status, there are times, I suppose, when they've made up identities, made up Social Security numbers. How are they going to remember all that? (The) purpose of this bill is to bring people out of the shadows. We all know when they lived in the shadows, they had to forge documents, forge Social Security numbers, et cetera. I just don't see how, when you've lived here 10 years, and you've had many different identities, many different numbers, you're going to remember them all," said Schumer.

=============================================

A PROTECTION RACKET EMBEDDED IN US LAW Would you believe the amnesty bill actually protects corrupt Latino Public Officials from US laws and from prosecution.......only latino pols, mind you.

Vote-crazed Dems allow amnesty to absolve elected/appointed latinos holding US public office from prosecution for wrongdoing---for crimes like government fraud, graft, bribery, selling votes for cash....(the usual politician crimes).

There really is a Ntl Assoc of Latino Elected and Appt Officials organized for govt fraud.

NANCY SUCKS UP at Ntl Assoc of Latino Elected and Appt Officials Gala in DC
L-R--Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ);
Dr Salomon Melgen (under scrutiny for corrupt deals w/ Sen Menendez);
Rep Nancy Pelosi (Dimwit-CAL); Francisco
J. Sanchez, US Under Secy of Commerce for Intl Trade,
Emilio Sanchez, Pres/CEO of VOXXI

“derail immigration”? You mean protecting our borders so our nation doesn’t go bankrupt and creating an environment for real Americans who pay taxes the possibility to find work so they can take care of their families.

I don’t understand. How many Republicans do they need when majority of Pelosi’s minions (assuming those who are in conservative areas want to be reelected) are behind Boehner?

Here's 'immigration reform' I can get behind: all people who are here illegally must go home.

If illegals don't leave voluntarily they'll be deported. Anyone hiring illegals will be fined $10,000 per illegal per month... That's reform.

I get frequent emails from Boehner and other such Repub leadership.
When I reply to explain my concerns, all my replies are “rejected for spam content”.

Shows to me how much the Repub leadership wants to hear from the little people.

I think Boehner probably regrets never becoming a Democrat at the beginning of his career. I read once that Bob Dole felt that way too. And I always though John Connally was unhappy in the GOP.

Addictive behavior is characterized by misdirected emotions(crying in public), blame(Tea Party), the inability to make good decisions(tepid Benghazi reaction)and feeling the need to lie about using a tanning bed(Tonight show). Nuff said.
