$70K scrubber on a BBQ joint? Yeah, that’s reasonable. /s
I have a bottle in the fridge and a reserve in the pantry
True dat. I’m hooked.
Can’t find the stories tonight, and they may be out of date.
LOL
Welcome to TEXAS indeed!
As long as it doesn’t come from New York City.
[ Im as big a fire eater as youre likely to find, but theres an odd background sweetness I find somewhat off putting (their ground chilies are much more my thing).
Still, how America has embraced this once alien cuisine makes me proud of how we assimilate and are open to reasonable, positive change, and no where is this more clearly illustrated than in our foods. ]
BINGO, America is not supposed to be a polyglot culture but it should be a “Poly-Gut” culture!
From the city that did this:

I hope he stays in Irwindale. The smog and bits of lead from Irwindale Speedway add extra heat to the flavor. If he goes to, say, Kallispel, MT, the clean air would wreck Sriracha. Wreck it!
Memo to Irwindale and SCAQMD: Sriracha is not air pollution. Smog is air pollution.
It was in our local paper today. Somebody in the San Fernando Valley is trying to get Tran to move the plant there.
I wouldn’t be surprised if one’s eyes hurt near the plant when it is spewing odors. I think that’s a legitimate concern. However, the article in today’s Daily Breeze did not say what exactly the city council recommended for fixing the problem or how much such a fix would cost. (Not very diligent journalism, right?)
“Liberals are never happy unless everyone is miserable.”
“Liberalism is a philosophy of sniveling brats” P.J. O’Rourke
“Serves California right.”
So let me understand you correctly, the City of Irwindale (population 1200) “IS” all California, right? There’s absolutely nowhere within the borders of California where some good folks would welcome Mr.Tran’s business? But in New Mexico, he might be subjected to a colonoscopy search for drugs by reason of a traffic stop though.
The scum rose to the top in most all governments...blood suckers.
Lotsa hot peppers in Texas..... no shortage on the main ingredient!!
Irwindale complaining about smells?? HaHaHa
