Abortion has been imposed on America by judges and not by the legislative branch which has never been allowed to have a straight up or down abortion approval law.
Given that, one would think the House would propose legislation removing abortion as an allowable deduction and would write into the law a rejection of judicial review.
If conservatives ever gain the presidency and fool proof majorities in House and Senate they should immediately make abortion illegal....or at least remove it as an allowable tax deduction.

The same thing can be said of Obamacare being imposed on America by SC Judge John Roberts illegally legislating from the SC bench by changing the word “fine” to the word “Tax.”
Now it has come full circle and Judge Robert’s Obamacare “Tax” is imposing abortion on us too.
BTW, since paying the Obamacare TAX is mandatory for all, does that not mean that we have a mandatory obligation to pay for any and all abortions covered by Obamacare?
Seems like a really smart FReeper Lawyer could make a pretty good legal case against Obamacare about “Mandatory Loss of Freedom of Choice” for those of us who are forced to pay for something we oppose on religious, ethical and moral grounds.
