Democrats who still think that defending ObamaCare makes for a great midterm strategy will be shocked, shocked by the latest AP-Gfk survey results. The rest of us … not so much. Support for the law dropped to a record low in this polling series, and even the slight improvement in the perception of its implementation leaves it far below the Democratic base numbers:

But...but... my benchmark lib tells me that I haven’t heard of anyone happy with Obamacare because of my “limited sources of news”.

Isn’t this level (26%) about where JFK was at just before that fateful day?

so, taking out the 12% automatic approval of blacks, he realistically has an approval of under 20% with a majority of the country.
Why won’t every Republican run on repeal?

They are only falling millions of suckers short because there are so many eager customers who can’t be served by their website, doncha know. Really...they do think we are all as stupid as their lapdog media cult.

Just wait till we see how many premium payments come in, when that pesky paying part of enrollment kicks in. It’s only been missing six months now......

Mark Begich (D)Alaska is putting on a lead line life preserver this morning while he touts saving Obamacare on FOX.

In Alaska he is steadily losing support.

I love spring, WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVES!

What I cannot comprehend is the high percentage of those who oppose it and the extremely low percentage of those who want to repeal it.

It doesn’t make sense. Something is fishy in that number.

Repubs need to unanimously start emphasizing that there is NO WAY this disaster can be fixed, and it needs to go in the trash barrel of history. They need to list the hundreds of ways Obamacare has destroyed our healthcare system, the doctor-patient relationship, the economy - and a hundred other nightmare effects.

*****************************************************

A month or two of expensive premiums “might” get paid .... then they go to the doctor (woo hoo! - yippee! - I’m covered!!) and find out that insurance won’t pay anything until that huge deductible is met. Not only that, but many folks with pre-existing conditions now have “coverage” .... and their very expensive meds that keep them going/alive aren’t covered under the plan. A lot of folks who are signed up will quit paying because they’ll need the money to pay directly/cash for stuff their ‘free’ Obamacare won’t cover .... assuming they can find a doctor/hospital who will accept it. Yup, it’s a real “success” story all right .... and so “affordable, affordable, affordable” (thank you Nancy “Embrace The Suck” Pelosi for that quote) [snark].

The government gearbox is not equipped with a gear for reverse, and the cliff is near. O’care is only the front end of the bus. The whole thing goes over, and very soon unless adults step in.

It's the way the question was worded. I believe I read somewhere that the respondents were asked if they wanted to fix Obamacare or make it fail. Fail sounds very negative, but fixing something sounds positive.

This is angling in on the hardcore Communist-Leninist base in terms of general public support.

And it hasn’t even been fully implemented yet. As that wise man Eugene Levy once quipped...”You think you hate it now, just wait until you drive it.?
