I agree with repealing 0zero care entirely. However, we will need an exit strategy for those who signed up for it. Also, probably, some form of block grants to states to help them with the increased rolls in Medicaid.
Frankly, 0bamacare will be one of those gifts that keeps on giving until we can get it straightened out with market based healthcare solutions and responses for the attacks we know will be coming from the left.
The exit strategy is an alternative that could be offered at the same time as a repeal. However, the Reps would be foolish to offer an alternative now, which would become the focus of the Dems in the midterms. Instead of talking about the damage Obamacare is doing, the Reps would be busy defending their own plan, which isn't a law.
Medicaid is a bad system. 40% of doctors don't accept Medicaid patients because the reimbursement rate is so low. We should be trying to reduce Medicaid, not expand it like Obamacare does. The Feds will pay 100% of the additional Medicaid costs due to Obamacare for the first three years and then 90% thereafter.
