A paper published January 21st in Quaternary Science Reviews reconstructs storm activity in Iceland over the past 1,200 years and finds storminess and extreme weather variability was far more common during the Little Ice Age in comparison to the Medieval Warm Period and the 20th century. The paper adds to many other peer-reviewed publications finding global warming decreases storm activity, the opposite of claims by climate alarmists....

> .... I wonder how long it will be before well funded scientists discover the astounding fact that it gets Cold in the winter and Hot in the summer?
The answer is after they recieve a few trillion dollars worth of grants.

Too bad so many failed to read the absurdly short excerpt.

Agreed, though Iceland has some good qualities.I wish I could go there and check out the "weather."

This makes sense. Storms are heat engines. The bigger the heat difference, the more powerful the storm. Very cold versus warm is a bigger difference than mildly cold versus warm.

Show on TV right now about an animal hospital in Mass.
They take care of endangered sea turtles.
The first step is to...
WARM THEM UP!!!!!
The water is now too cold... and not just offshore there, this seams to be a worldwide problem!

If you want to be happy in life make an ugly woman your wife, she can cook!
I am not saying that, but women do not think the same way as we do. They want a caveman until you tie the knot and then a slave to keep up their prominence in the female pecking order.

So global warming good, global cooling bad? Is volatility bad? It certainly helps the stock market create value.

I've just finished my own study and have concluded that global warming AND global cooling are BOTH conditions of an ongoing cycle known as WEATHER.
I hope to get a LARGE Government grant so I can delve into this even deeper by traveling to places like Tahiti, Hawaii, Belize, etc, to see how the weather is there.

A few years ago I told my preacher, who blindly believes anything put out by mainstream scientists about warming, about an article by an English scientist who runs a research laboratory. It was titled “What if the sun causes Global Warming?”
He said, snidely, “You can't believe everything you read on the internet.”
I told him, “It's the cover article on this month's Scientific American magazine.
