Federal Judge: Mt. Soledad Cross Must Come Down
Fox News ^

A cross atop Mount Soledad in California is an unconstitutional religious display on government land and must come down, a federal judge in San Diego ruled late Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Larry Burns ordered the cross, which honors veterans, must be removed within 90 days -- a decision that could result in the case being sent back to the U.S. Supreme Court. Burns immediately stayed his order pending an expected appeal.

These sociaists are religious believers in marxism. Why do they get to step on federal land, much less get a federal paycheck for furthering their religion?

Oh and the hits keep on coming. Is there anybody that owns land near by that can put it on their private property? We really need to begin finding ways to surpenvent these stupid rulings. I never could understand why every Christian in every city/suburb, state, etc don’t put up a nativity set so that the only places that don’t have a nativity set is government buildings. It just gets more and more difficult to even want to live with all the crap going on. Sometimes I envy those who are in their 80’s. I don’t mean to be negative but after that horrid bill being passed and then this story and so many other stories today it just makes me really feel awful today. Not to worry, I will be fine but just so disgusted with the government today.

I suppose now we'll have to remove everything with a Cross from Arlington National Cemetery since it's federal land too.

We have to be getting close to the time to start shooting.

We shouldn’t fight it, we should use it as a tool. Give them what they call “bad optics”. Hold a big live video stream. Dynamite it so it falls on its side into a pile of rubble.

Throughout the telecast, remind people of other wanton socialist extremist destruction. The Soviets and churches (now being rebuilt by Putin), the British and 1500 Country estate homes, the Taliban and the giant carved Buddha statues.

Leave the rubble in place and let it be called Democrat Mountain. Spread virally.

That is not the issue. Many people volunteered enough to buy out the entire park.It is not a property dispute but suppression of Christian symbols by the Federal government.

Observe that satanic flames on graves are apparently just fine at the Arlington.

The cross that counts won’t ever be demolished. Its power extends to the ends of time.

But I’d say out of respect for the symbolic landmark, take it somewhere else if this Caesar will not cease from being asinine about it. The government ministers will be supernaturally cursed who lent their hands to this misguided mission.

That Cross always represented a “Welcome Home “for me when driving back from Northern Looneyville on the 405S. Friends live on that Mountain, Veterans all.

Eff this Judge and make it go Viral!

Mount Soledad cross controversy

Since the Cross is still there, we haven't been through this enough times.

I hadn’t heard of that, is this speaking of eternal flame fixtures?

But as you have hinted, one dodge currently used by Caesar is to allow multiple faith monuments. I wouldn’t mind seeing a humongous menorah next to the Mt. Soledad cross if it came down to that.

I am confused. I thought this was the cross that there was a fight over which was on government property and a group was able to purchase that spot of land and keep the cross there. Or was that another one in California?

The curious thing, I bet, that most Jews and Buddhists and Hindus and even professed agnostics (and maybe even a fair chunk of private atheists) would say let the Cross be.
