Health & Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius testifies on the hill, Wednesday, concerning healthcare.gov’s problems since its October 1 rollout. She’ll answer questions before the House Energy & Commerce Committee.
This is the committee’s second hearing related to the website problems. Last week, four government contractors hired to help build the site testified. Tuesday, Marilyn Tavener, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator, appeared before the Ways & Means Committee.
CMS is responsible for setting up the federal marketplace for insurance exchanges and the Medicaid expansion. Rep. Fred Upton chairs the committee and Rep. Henry Waxman serves as Ranking Member.

My experience with live hearing threads......there are a lot of people at work getting bits and pieces of these hearings and want to know what is going on, they are usually very grateful. I try to post as much as I can as quickly as I can get it and remember for their benefit, sometimes grammatical errors are made but I think it is more important that the information is shared rather than a misspelling.

Limbaugh: The Republicans came unprepared to this hearing. He said we did learn that the unions got a good carveout. All of their plans are grandfathered in! He said after this hearing there should be a huge groundswell from the American people to get rid of this law.
