Doesn’t D-ATF get pretty thick in cold northern weather? I was also thinking some graphite, but all these mags and springs are treated with Molybdenum Disulphide (”Moly-Kote”), so maybe I don’t need any extra lubricity? Just wondering. Ned to take them to the range and put some rounds theu ‘em to see if there are any FTFs.

Molybdenum Disulphide is one of the finest dry metal lubes you can get.

Did a bunch of thorough fretting corrosion experiments in the 80s.

I’m not sure about extreme temperatures though...

I was using Break Free CLP for years because the troops used it.

I find dry “surface tension bond “ lubes to work better.

I believe in science.
