Commutes today were not bad, even with all the Federalistas back on the road - they opened up Beach Drive through Rock Creek Park again - so the evening commute was easier than it has been the last two weeks.
The legs are improving slowly - today I had a lot of muscle pain in both thighs and also in my upper arms. I've been off the treadmill - will get back to it - probably starting on a reduced time tomorrow.
A good Choir practice - a couple of weeks ago I bought a t-shirt - three wolves howling at a full moon - expressly for the purpose of wearing at Choir practice - it got a good reception.
I'm heading for Boudoir MacNessa in a few minutes - I have the usual 4:45 Reveille. Will see you on the morrow!
