I began my defunding right after the Romney defeat. Not a dime for anyone who didn't vote the right way on the defund. Portman, I'll consider: he voted with Cruz to keep the filibuster going, although he was not one of the final 18 or so to vote against the last iteration---but to me the more important vote was the first one that actually had a chance of succeeding.
