Some enterprising webcaster needs to take about five minutes of PandaCam footage and put it on a continuous loop, so the PandaCam addicted amongst us need not suffer unduly...

Goofy political theater, but it's easy to pull people in when 99% of the media is telling the midway about the fascinating horrors inside the big tent.
Why does Mt. St. Helen's even have a live cam? It's a mountain - it just sits there. Other than that one time, it doesn't do anything.
