My understanding is there are multiple bills ready for action. Keeping the rats on their toes so they may not prepare
I also heard a suggestion that the House add an amendment on to the Senate bill that cancels all waivers. That would make this bad law worse and maybe gen up more opposition. I don’t know how I feel about that option.
