Not sure, he has definitely been listed on this thread as one of the few Republicans who has given his support to Cruz. I think maybe he has decided to alternate and let someone else do the filibustering for the moment. As far as filibustering goes, he has definitely led the way with his filibuster over Obama’s drone strikes. I do think he has shown other Republicans they don’t have to fold like an accordion every time they run into legislation they have issues with.
