They are referring to the fact that so many of the Democrats that keep them on the plantation now have law degrees. Hence the James Crow, Esq.

Uh, what are they talking about? "Moral Mondays" are when a bunch of North Carolina leftists "occupy" the state legislature building at the beginning of the week and get themselves arrested. In essence, they're protesting the fact the the electorate in NC had the temerity to elect a bunch of Republicans.
